# I was born in the heart of the Dolomites – #Val di Fiemme #Trentino #Italy - where the nature is constantly part of our life, where flora, fauna and humans are well integrated.
# It has been a while since me and my father went in the woods with our cameras to freeze the magic moments that nature constantly offered to us in the rush of seasons. Magic moments require efforts to be discovered around us. It helps keeping constantly our eyes on the surrounding nature, on the world.
# We all have a great responsibility to preserve and leave the world heritage for the future generation of living beings, no matter if humans, animals, flowers, just living beings. Observing nature, keeping our eyes on it, helps developing a sensitivity, an unbreakable link with the world. Be present and aware of it, that’s the main thing.
# Photography plays an important role in this. It is not just a mix of mechanic and electronic stuff used to show that we have lived a moment, is rather a channel to educate people observing and concentrating on the world.
# That’s why I do not like to create pictures of a world which does not exist. I rather like to emphasize the aspects of the real world which caught my attention at the time of the shoot. From here, the use of different photographic techniques to express that precise feeling.
# “A photography is an image on a piece of paper" said a dear friend of mine. Print is the natural and also deserved conclusion of my workflow. I care also this aspect in all my pictures.

# Nato nel cuore delle Dolomiti – #Val di Fiemme #Trentino #Italia – dove la natura è costantemente parte della nostra vita, dove la flora, la fauna e gli umani sono ben integrati.
# E’ passato un po’ di tempo da quando con mio padre andavano nei boschi portando con noi la macchina fotografica per cristallizzare i magici momenti che la natura costantemente ci offre nel susseguirsi delle stagioni. I momenti magici richiedono, però, sforzi per essere scoperti. Per questo aiuta mantenere costantemente i nostri occhi sulla natura circostante, sul mondo.
# Tutti noi abbiamo una grande responsabilità nel lasciare e preservare l’eredità del mondo alle future generazioni di esseri viventi, non importa se umani, animali, fiori, semplicemente esseri umani. Osservare la natura, mantenere gli occhi su di essa, aiuta a sviluppare una sensibilità, un legame indissolubile con il mondo. Essere presenti e consapevoli di esserlo, questa è la cosa principale.
# La fotografia gioca un ruolo importante in questo. Non è solo un insieme di cose meccaniche ed elettroniche usate per mostrare che si è vissuto un certo momento, è piuttosto un canale attraverso cui educare le persone ad osservare e concentrare la vista su specifici aspetti.
# Ecco perché non mi piace creare immagini di un mondo che non esiste. Piuttosto preferisco enfatizzare gli aspetti del mondo reale che hanno catturato la mia attenzione al momento dello scatto. Da qui l’uso di differenti tecniche fotografiche per esprimere precise sensazioni.
# “Una fotografia è un’immagine su un pezzo di carta” mi disse un caro amico. La stampa è la naturale e meritata conclusione del mio flusso di lavoro. Curo anche questo aspetto in tutte le mie immagini.
